Lakshman Narayan is an Indian actor who has appeared in Tamil language films. He made his debut in Bharathiraja's Annakodi (2013), before going on to win critical acclaim for his supporting role in Suseenthiran's sports film Jeeva portraying a cricketer.

Early life and family

Lakshman Narayan is the son of Manivannan, a noted industrialist based in Theni, Tamil Nadu. He did his schooling in Bala Vidyamandir Adayar in Chennai and then moved on to further education in Theni. A talented cricketer, Lakshman represented the Tamil Nadu cricket team at the under-15, under-17, under-19, under-22 and under-25 categories as a right handed batsman and a leg break bowler.
