Born in Tbilisi, Khaduri graduated from the Tbilisi State University with a degree in macroeconomics in From to , he served on various positions in Georgia’s ministries of Economy and of Finance, including being Deputy Finance Minister and the ministry’s parliamentary secretary (–).
